So far it's been primarily walking with her in the stroller. I haven't been cleared for exercising yet though. I'm thinking of signing up for a class somewhere; then daddy can have some time with her, and I'll get out of the house. I feel like it will be a good motivator. :)

I have a picture on my dresser of me at my ideal weight to motivate me. :)

I'm starting again today too! I'd stopped tracking my calories for a few months, and now it's time to own up and get back to business. :smile:

I'm super excited for our garden this year. Planted 3 new blueberry bushes next to the house, and have an herb garden in my window box. It's still a little to cold here to put the seeds out in the garden, but soon!

I've heard that eating local honey will help you adapt to the pollen that is in your area. I don't know if it works or if it's an option for you though.

I fall into this too. It's like, "oh I lost 1 pound, now I can go eat a whole pizza and not worry about it." Obviously not true. Lately I've been staying motivated by a picture of myself at my ideal weight, and I set a new goal!
