It does mean bunches... it's not about dieting it's about being responsible for what and how much of what you put in your body for the most part mfp works the other part is being honest with yourself moving more eating less and encourging others as we all have this journey together

Well grandma start putting in your foods daily open your diary and behonest with yourself and see what you do put in your mouth.... make small changes make it lifestyle, not diet and do something to move more walk....something....

just get started somewhere...anywhere....busy schedule or not...you have to make a start...walking... dance...just move...even 10 min a day is more than what you're doing...

For myself , this isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle' so avoiding foods you are bound to eat in proportions isn't necessary small bites, have fun, don't stuff yourself full regardless and workout before just in case you don't feel like it afterwards lifestyle which means, all cases, find a way to make it lifestyle

This is a way of life for me, i eat when i'm hungry and i don't eat when i'm not..... so if i want extra i do... i listen truly to what my body tells me though.... i eat portions and i don't cheat myself...

I definitely recommend the WIIfit... it has been helpful to me in my healthy journey and it's awesome i have goldsgym wii fitness 2 all kinds of exercise wii games and they work

NO...well for myself NO but i have NO foods offlimits i just eat moderately and if i'm full i don't eat...i eat only when hungry and portions this is a lifestyle change for me, not a diet

If it's for Spiritual reasons and you feel God absolutely leading you to do this to focus less on food then i'm all for it if it's strictly for weightloss i'm against it... Good luck and pray during your fast or you gain nothing

As for faster weightloss ANYTHING you do to move, eat less and stay healthy is for faster weightloss... just find what you like and do it :)
