Honey Banana Apple cinnamon Muffins

Yummy HUGE muffins with only 206 calories. I have uploaded this recipe to the data base, but I figured I would share it here as well. These will fill you up satisfy the sweet tooth a little & not destroy your diet. They are BIG, like almost the size of Dunkin Donuts calorie dense monster size muffins. This got the seal of approval from a 4 year old & my NON DIETING hubby, who generally turns his nose up as soon as I say its good for you or low calorie.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Applesauce
3/4 cup honey
2 large eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup mashed ripe banana
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts

Pre heat oven to 350*
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl,
in a large bowl mix all wet ingredients well, then gradually add dry ingredients. stir in nuts last.
using cooking spray, grease muffin tins.
spoon in the batter, bake 18 -25 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
makes 12 large muffins at 206 calories a piece, you could divide it down & make smaller muffins.
I hope you enjoy them as much as we have!
