I average between 300 & 450 calories when I'm having a 1200 calorie day. My brother gave me some advice, which I do find a struggle to do but there is logic around it... Is to split my meals over a ratio of 500 for breakfast, 400 for lunch and 300 for dinner. Logic being that you need a damn good breakfast to get your day…

Hey there, yeah I hear you! I have had some big weekends this year through Hen Do's and big birthdays etc It's really hard to log personally myself! I'm sure different people have different ways of doing it, but I'll be honest - What I have tended to do is have a really good week leading up to it, eat clean and exercise so…

Hey there, firstly - well done for starting running! I absolutely love it! How long have you been doing it? Don't worry about speed, if you start going to fast and lose momentum, it's easy to lose motivation from it... I would reccomend carrying on with a speed your comfortable with for now and continue to build up times…

Hey, I'm 5"4 - currently 158p, was 163p when started on here. I have set my profile to lose 2 pounds a week so that equates to 1200 a day.. but if I exercise I always always eat back what I've exercised to ensure my body is getting what it needs to recover quickly :) hope that helps x
-
I always eat something a couple of hours before exercising and then after to ensure I've eaten back what I've done to ensure I'm not losing anything.. I can't exercise properly if I don't eat beforehand and often ache worst in the morning if I don't eat afterwards xx

Yeah, I had a cold coming last week and had a workout outside in the fresh air.. It zapped mine completely lol but do becareful because your immune system is vulnerable x

Have you had a cold? I'd start back slowly, maybe a nice walk or something just to ease you back into it x

http://www.amarganoil.com/ The most amazing product for my hair when it needs a bit of TLC - Hair Therapy Oil. Use in wet and dry hair. I have thick hair and lots of it! I have to wash it a lot too - you can get it a lot cheaper on EBAY and a big bottle lasts me about 6 months or more. It leaves it soft and glossy.. Highly…

Hello there, I'm a keen runner and only started a couple of years ago! Here's few things I think about about when training... Try to mix it up a bit, different activites such as cycling and swimming to get the rest of your body moving in different ways to increase your strengh. Mark out your runs, 1km of gently jogging and…
