Watching the hoardes of Gf nasty products come on the market is appalling. People are tired of feeling like crap bloated and nasty and quiz me on the "best" bread. Mass produced…

I make those all the time. You dont need 2 eggs. One is usually suffice. 1 large banana and 1 egg. Make them small so you can flip. To much egg makes them almost a banana omlete. I put a tad of agave nectar or honey on them when they are done. Ive tried other fruit but bananas turn out the best. Applesauce gets runny and…

The zone was actually the original diet that CrossFitters followed. However its kind of hard. Jennifer Aniston made it very popular a long time ago and I bought the book and tried to follow it but gave up. Unless I followed the menu in the book I got lost. I'm sure if you can understand it and relate it to your life then…

Most hotels are VERY accomadating on race days. Does it offer breakfast at all in your hotel? If they do. They may set out really early. Also when you check in look to see if there is a continental BF area. There may be microwaves out. I eat instant oatmeal for the most part. (glutenfreeda) and I take it with me. My last…

No..You will not be in a wetsuit..in a pool...or at least unless its less then 72 degrees..I wouldnt bother with a wet suit regardless for a sprint. You'll be struggling taking it off longer then your swim. The main thing with tris is your set up. Get organized at your bike station. Make sure your bike is racked properly.…

Why make a Paleo cake? Its still not healthy...If your going to "cheat" why not cheat with the real thing and then move on? I do cook alot of paleo deserts. But its bc I have a gluten and dairy allergy. But if its my childs birthday and the girl wants some cake then I would let her eat cake.
