  • okay 3 times a week is good :happy: You might need to change your workout after awhile because your body will get used to your workout. It's always good to change it up a bit every few weeks.

  • I would eat it and calculate it the way it should be made but add on calories and fat (say 100 cals and 5 grams of fat as an example) then you most likely won't be off by much. For one day 50 calories and 1 gram of fat difference won't matter. As long as you don't do it a lot.
