I do agree however it is more the frozen fries, frozen chicken steaks in breadcrumb and the likes that have been a staple because of the low cost I want to shift away from.

Thanks for this point, I agree with a lot of it and also the last part about keeping it off is very interesting as it has not been said yet. When I finish these 45 days I will not be stoping, I might end up making some modifications to it but once this is done I am not going to just stop :)

This is offically starting on Monday, I wanted to start it yesterday however the Doctor wanted a bit of time to prepare everything he wants to do for the aspect of a case study.

I plan on making my Diary public and blog public, updating it food and exercise daily, blog a few times a week and updating it it via forums once a week. I agree with the fish aspect though, I love my salmos so that will be happening :)
