I have no idea what chair dips or arm circles are, I started off by just using gym machines, I never really done push ups or anything like that.
-
Push ups I can try work in, I can not pull myself up yet and I would not have anything to support me.
-
There isn't anything like that, the only thing I can really see that might work is a chair.

I am unemployed as I live in Sweden and I do not speak Swedish so it is a nightmare, I am moving back to Ireland in March and I hope to find work as a barman.

I really do not like the idea of adding a "Like" button, with that button it will become like facebook, you will lose most of the discussions that happens on posts as people will just like it instead of commenting and, sometimes getting into a conversation, we are here to motivate ourself and others, adding a like button…

Again, the main issue I have with that is the weather here, I love my walking but I hate walking around in snow and ice, I miss the Irish weather, it is much better for exercising than worrying about slipping all the time. I am looking for ways to get more walking and jogging done by looking for an open indoor track around…

Don't worry about the speed of replying, extra replies just shows that it is a good idea. The main issue I have at the moment as I said is the pain of it, my legs and calfs are not used to this type of "Abuse" I want to give it a week or two to see how I am feeling. The other issue as I have mentioned is the weather, it is…

Insanity is 63 days long in total, I was thinking of the C25K but my issue is that chances are Sweden where I live will have heavy snow until March.

Doing some stuff on days I am already doing workouts is not an issue time wise, at the moment it is just pain wise, I am feeling the strain from insanity as it is so new, it will mroe than likely be motivation wise aswell when it coes to it, I was thinking along the lines of maybe trying to fit in a c25K from the second…

The best advice I can give during a Plateau is go by inches lost, not weight, chances are that you are at the stage where the muscles are growing just as much as the fat is burning. As for your exercise, maybe it is time to shake things up a bit, if you live somewhere that it possible to do so, look into getting onto the…
