    ice cream (yuuuuuup!)
    chicken nuggets (hey, I have kids!)
    strawberries
    blueberries (the one year old goes thru a pint every 2-3 days)
    breakfast cereal
    coffee
    chicken breast
    lean pork chops
    whole wheat pasta
    nutri-grain cereal and fruit bars for the 1 year old
    Eat Smart broccoli, broccoli and carrots and stir-fry blends
    Usually some kind of bagged salad mix
    Bolthouse Farms yogurt based salad dressings
    low-fat cheeses

    I'm sure there's probably more that we keep on a regular basis, this is just what I can remember off the top of my head...

    Apart from these basics I change my meats around all the time. I can have fish, duck, steak, ground beef, pork, anything really but my permanents are the ones above.

    1 hungry husband and 3 very demanding cats!

    Of all food items, I'd say olive oil camps out there more than anything... eggs, unsalted butter, salad, cottage cheese, avocados, onions, garlic.... and cat food.

    My freezer/fridge/pantry usually varies as I shop by what is on sale, but in general:

    boneless chicken breasts
    whole chickens
    eggs
    egg whites
    pinto beans
    red beans

    100% wheat bread or sarah lee 45 calorie bread
    fresh veggies that are on sale
    frozen veggies from past sales that I buy extra and chop up and freeze
    whatever fresh fruit is on sale
    canned fruit (water/no sugar juice packed) for when no fruit is on sale
    barley
    oatmeal
    brown rice
    milk
    move over butter (i love this stuff)
    oilve oil
    canola oil
    TONS of herbs and spices
