You don't lose a lot when doing P90x. You lose more inches than pounds. Are you keeping track of your measurements? I am almost finished my first round of P90x (well second but the first was a couple of years ago) and I haven't lost a huge amount of weight but I am losing inches like crazy.

I do this to my kids. Not because they are overweight but because they would spend their lives in front of the tv or computer. I am absolutely obsessed with exercise now. Even standing at the printer at work today I was doing calf raises. It is a part of my life and also a part of my kids' and husband's lives also.

I don't think naps are bad for you. I love to nap and I nap whenever I get the opportunity, which is not that often because my work gets in the way :grumble: I want a nap now :yawn:

Yes you should be tracking your workouts. It is recommended that you use a heart rate monitor for your calorie burn. If you can't afford one or chose to not use one be aware that MFP over estimates your exercise calories burned. I made that mistake when I first started and I was eating more than I was actually burning

I have 3 kids and a husband and I don't like to exercise in front of them either. That being said I get up at 5:30 every morning and do P90X. Some days it's a struggle but I make myself get out of bed. I can sleep when I'm skinny.

I bought my Polar FT4 a couple of months ago and I love mine. It cost me $147 CAD and has a chest strap. I was worth every penny spent though. I don't know if you can find it cheaper on ebay. You may also try your local fitness store

I have a Polar FT4 and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I use it for P90x, swimming, walking, really for anything that I use for exercise.

I am a morning person. I get up at 5:30am. Sometimes even on days I don't have to work. But on mornings when the bed feels so good I have to make myself get up. Sit up, feet over the edge of the bed and just get up.

I got advice from someone who has finished and got good results with P90x and they said 40-30-30 so that is what I set mine as. Not sure if that is 100% though

My friend just had spotting and the doctor thought she may be miscarrying but it turns out it was a tubal pregnancy. They waited too long and it ruptured. She had that tube removed. I don't want to scare you and this is just information for you. Prayers for you and your wee little one
