P90x Results - Round 1
I finished my 90 days of P90x and I was asked to post pictures. (I hope this works) I didn't follow the diet and I modified what hurt my knee. The results: I lost 19.5 inches, 25.2 lbs, and 2.5% body fat. I will start my second round on Monday. So excited! My heaviest 30 days down 90 days complete!

I have Wii fit and Wii fit plus. I am looking for something new. I was looking at Wii Active but is it worth the $49? How about Zumba for the PS3? I would love your opinions on games for the Wii or PS3 not for videos as I have P90x and 30 day shred. The games are easier to fit in on busy days. Thank you in advance

P 90X Roll-up/V-up Combo
I am on day 1 of week 7 and I finally did 4 complete (so I guess 8 reps) of the Roll-up/V-up Combo in the Ab RipperX video. I am so excited :smile: I think the tummy muscles are finally making their way back. Having 3 kids really did a number on my stomach muscles

P90x: I did it!!!!!
Just a small no scaler victory for me. Today I completed Week 2 day 5. In the Ab Ripper we have to do leg climbs and I did them today for the VERY first time! I can also almost do an entire roll up. Not yet but I am getting there. I am so excited.

Be Aware
When I log 15 min on my elliptical trainer using MFP it says I burned 210 calories. However, my heart rate monitor says in those 15 min I only burned 108 calories. If I ate the MFP calories I would have eaten almost double what I burned. I wanted to inform those who don't use a heart rate monitor and use MFP to calculate…

So I have been exercising quite a bit and get between 600 and 1200 calories from exercise a day. I did it!
I got my elliptical trainer last September and it took me over 45 minutes to do 10 km. Today I did it in less than 35 minutes!!! I am so excited :)

A couple of small victories
My husband came up and smacked my bum and told me I was really looking good :) I have been working out lots but have not lost much weight yet so this was something amazing to me that he noticed :) Today I noticed that my underwear stay up on their own. The used to roll down and stay under my belly. Now they stay up!!!!!
