P90x Results - Round 1

I finished my 90 days of P90x and I was asked to post pictures. (I hope this works) I didn't follow the diet and I modified what hurt my knee. The results: I lost 19.5 inches, 25.2 lbs, and 2.5% body fat. I will start my second round on Monday. So excited!

WOW, that is amazing!!! P90X is the best workout ever. Its euphoric to complete. Keep on going I did it before and then I stopped which I really regret. LIsten to me after you have worked that hard and you know what I mean ...it's a BATTLE. GET RIGHT BACK into another section and enjoy all that POWERHOUSE of strength you ALREADY built and it will come with such ease.

Nice you can definitely see muscles are forming in your stomach. I think you are a badass for sticking with it. I tried the yoga and managed like 20 minutes before being like hell no. And I LOVE yoga.
