P 90X Roll-up/V-up Combo

I am on day 1 of week 7 and I finally did 4 complete (so I guess 8 reps) of the Roll-up/V-up Combo in the Ab RipperX video. I am so excited :smile: I think the tummy muscles are finally making their way back. Having 3 kids really did a number on my stomach muscles
