  • I have a bit of a sensitive tummy, but still need the coffee hit, so the best thing i have found is Nescafe Mocha Skim Sachets with a dash of milk. Gives me the caffeine hit and doesn't effect me too much :) delish!

  • It is perfectly normal for you to be sick of foods and to lose your motivation!! It happens to us all, i can tell you now that the food i started eating when i started this have changed dramatically to the ones i eat now.   • You can do brilliantly. Just do yourself a favour and do not weigh yourself everyday, only once a week. Then when you do weigh yourself you will notice the difference. :)
