I am on round 2, week 7 of body beast program not sure how this compares to strong lifts, or 5x5, but i love lifting :)

I am on round #2. The first time i started body beast, i left for a 2 week honeymoon, and was 2 weeks shy of finishing the program. When i got back, i started with some T25 before jumping back to Body beast. Currently I am on week 7 of the lean program. I love the burn. and does it ever burn. I need to buy more weights…

finished week 2 of t25 - my left knee is giving me a bit of problems now But you can modify some of the movements to help with knee issues tho Insanity was to rough on my knees, and I was never able to finish the program. I like to throw a few insanity into my workouts, but not everyday good luck
