MFP can give you weekly, yearly, monthly, or since you joined. That is what I used. On that note, I’ve gone up since last month. Not happy about that but I can change. Just have to take the first step. RVRita in Roswell

Yes Monday and you are welcome! DH making prime rib today. We are shopping out of the freezer for the move. This was a perfect find to celebrate my birthday. He believes in making a celebration the week rather than just one day! LOL RVRita in Roswell

Not feeling well today, asthma, allergies, and maybe bronchitis coming back. See you ladies later after a sleepy day. PS. i did go for a 20 minute walk yesterday. Not sure about today yet. Nebulizer and Mucinex are my focus for today. Thought for the day:\ I feel like removing my back. I feel like it’s holding me back!…

Busy day yesterday. Unexpected meeting with the rangers about changes in personnel (only affects rangers). Then went to post office, then therapy. DH went to rental unit to empty car while I was there. Prior to all that, got an email from my DS about him falling asleep at work and being sent to dispensary who then sent him…

@Ginny we will keep the RV until we find a place to rent/buy. Once we are all moved in, we will put the RV up for sale. It is a 1999 and we have lived in it for 8 years now, so we won’t get much for it. DH is planning on fixing the one small roof leak we have (he has fixed all the others from when we bought it, along with…

Thank you Tracey, they help my moods as well! I will lose the park host position here when we leave, however, we worked over 5,000 hours and now have a lifetime pass to host anywhere in the state. Everyone here, including the supervisor that told us we have to leave for 2 weeks, wants us to come back. It’s all about…

Got 2 tires replaced on the RV yesterday as part of the prep. DH and I both decided not to worry too much about leaving the park. I’m still going to look for apartment houses but not so crazily. We will most probably just go to a different RV park for the 2 weeks we need to leave and can always come back here. We have a…

Today’s thought: What did Tennessee? The same thing as Arkansas! Have a great day everyone! RVRita in Roswell

Vertigo today. Don’t get that very often, so thinking allergies are high today. Temp is to get up to the high 70’s low 80’s today so most likely high pollen counts. Had to take inhaler last night with wheezing before bed. Going to be a quiet day for me. Worked on my knitting most of the day yesterday. That is relaxing for…

We/I am currently looking for a rental house or duplex to move to. If we can’t find one we like/afford, we will move to another State Park to continue our search. Our goal is to purchase a rent-to-own house. Meanwhile, we/I am slowly packing things to put in the rental unit we still have. I’m glad we kept that, but hate…

Well, the ranger supervisor finally got around to meet with us and tell us we have until April 30 to leave for at least 2 weeks. Well, if we leave, we leave. Now for more definitive searching for a new place to live. New RV is out of the question as that will give us too many new bills. The search is on. I was expecting…

Went to Hobby Lobby yesterday to therapy shop! The yarn was on sale so I bought enough to knit a blanket along with needles. Met and spoke with a lovely lady who lives in town. We didn’t exchange numbers and I regret that. We got along really well. I also got a small “paint with diamonds” kit to try. The parts may be too…

I just wanted to say thank you for the hugs and thoughts! Helps my mood. @Lisa I have tried the light, but they don’t really work for me. Thank you for the thought tho. Let me know if y’all see any moving hamburger! 🤣 RVRita

Sleeping too much and eating too much. Too much stress and taking it out on myself. I know, it seems that’s all I talk about on here. No where else to vent but my therapist who I see next week. Winter always brings me down, no matter the weather. Here we had a week of sun and 90 degree weather. This week it’s predicted to…

Thought for today: I’ll do algebra, tackle geometry, maybe even a little calculus, but graphing is where I draw the line! I went on a diet and in 14 days I lost 2 weeks! I burned 3,000 calories yesterday! That is the last time I take a nap while making brownies! Have a great day everyone! RVRita in Roswell

I was thinking humidity too. When we first bought the RV, I did a lot of research and one thing that stuck was to keep the inside RV humidity lower than the outside to prevent mold growth. Right now, the outside humidity is 76 (really high for the desert) but the inside is only 12%. I don’t do anything special to get there…

Been down and out lately. DMD and DS just trying on my nerves. Having a head ache every morning when I get up doesn’t help either. The headache is from my clenching my teeth at night and sinuses from allergy season starting here. I’ve not been good walking or eating right and I feel it. Just haven’t got over the depression…

Nothing planned for today. I just need to move more than I have been. Thought for today: Why couldn’t the bike stand on its own? It was two tired!! RVRita in Roswell, Have a great day everyone.

DH has to go to eye doctor today for a re-check. The glasses he got last month are not ‘right’ according to him. He’s been to the glasses person a couple times who told him to get the prescription verified by the doctor. IDK, I’ve never had issue with glasses like he does!? Other than that, not much. Talked to my oldest…

From Lanette: “ Rita - did you ever find out which aliens put together those little pyramids? Are the little balls solid rock or formed concrete, could you tell? I'm still amazed at the pyramids in Egypt and wondering who engineered them and amazed at the effort it must have taken to transport and place all of those huge…
