Thanks! It doesn't like skipping, but will definitely try some of the other exercises, and totally forgot about swimming so will give that a go... Will also dig the bike out of the shed and go for a cycle to the pool! Thanks Both :)

Hi! Totally understand where you are coming from, and I have exactly the same problem... Try Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred with a low sugar, high protein diet (still in MFP guidelines). Totally helped me change shape, although you might not lose weight, I definitely lost 3 inches off my waist!

My main suggestion (and I know you should always try to make better choices) is that when you're going out with a friend, you pick the place and what you're going to have for dinner first and then plan your day around it.... For example tonight I'm going to Pizza Express so put my pizza in my diary first and then worked…

I completely understand! I started again last week as I had a break over my friend's wedding and in 2 months put on 10lbs - not impressed. The brushing your teeth when you want to eat is a good trick I was taught a while ago - drink lots of ice cold water afterwards and it totally takes away your cravings... Good luck!

Hi! Today I have a toasted brown pitta cut in half and filled with chicken and sweetcorn mix with iceberg lettuce leaves... Finish off with a 100cal soya vanilla desert :) I am addicted to Scottish Oatcakes with goats cheese and ham too, but trying to change things up this week... Mhairi
