I have been on again and off again with the nutrition and exercise phase of my life. I had a night off so I decided to go to the gym again for the first time in 4 or 5 months. It felt really good (although it hurt like heck again). I am back up to the weight that I started at orginally; I dropped 25 pounds and have gained it all back.
I could use all the encouragement I can get and even a kick in the butt now and again. Also, since I believe in God and Jesus, your prayers are helpful as well, but I accept encouragement from all faiths.![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

Good effort gettnig back on track! I've done this a couple of times, but taking the first step to get back into the gym is hard, yet amazing.
Push through!
