  • Nothing good for me. due to some pretty severe weather i am living off the junk food my teenage son and husband have in the cupboard and freezer.
  • beware max brenner. i am not averse to allowing myself the occasional treat but i had a hot choc there the other night and it was 661 calories!!!

  • thanks all for your kind and encouraging words. will try to remember to use times like these to provide me even more motivation. i have eaten more bread this evening than i have for ages (before mfp toast or sandwich for 'supper' was a nightly thing) maybe that is part of the problem.

  • I was just saying to my hubby that I'd like to make something to satisfy my sweet cravings during the week. Was going to try low fat muffins because I can freeze them. Can I freeze these or how long will they keep in an air tight container? By the way great pics and a brilliant idea (15 cals). Thanks :)
