I agree, this lasts for a long time and has such a nice balance of nutrition :)

I can sympathize for sure!! When I had a really hard time committing and keeping myself motivated I decided to find my maintenance level and stay there for a good few months...kind of give myself a breather from the weight loss (and give myself a chance to indulge a bit too :blushing: ) You've done a really good job in the…

I'd love to join! The extra motivation these monthly challenges provide is really great :) I need to stay on track with my calories but I have surgery mid-month....perhaps someone to help me stay on track all month with my cals? @ 1400-1600/day. GREAT IDEA!!!!:D

you look AWESOME!!!!!!! I'm 2 inches taller than you, but your goal is incredibly inspiring to me!:D

You look amazing!!! And it's kind of nice to read about someone who didn't lose 20lbs in 2 weeks, but took her time! Not dissing anyone who loses quickly, but this is encouraging for me to keep on!! Great job!

You know, curves are your friend:) Personally, and I realize that we're all different, I like my curves, just would like to be a little less all around. I definitely have the curvy rear & hips going on, but I'm learning to love them. My goal is to get to 155. Maybe you can learn to like your curves too! Perhaps do what…

awww! Congratulations:D You can do it! You did it before! Our youngest is 1 yr and I'm struggling - mostly b/c I'm not doing what I know I should be doing :( but there's so much motivation floating around here on MFP!!

I had the exact same thing, which I attributed to building muscle mass - give your body a bit of time to adjust:) And for sure eat a little more when you work out, your body will learn to use it more efficiently. Personally I had to give myself about 3-4 months before I started seeing the scale creep down, but my inches…

Interesting that you should say that, b/c that's pretty much what the Curves meal plan also suggests - it seems so backwards, but apparently there is a rising number of people that actually aren't eating enough and therefore also causing weight gain...!! Thanks for posting:)

You look stunning! What a big difference:) What about trying to get out for a walk once in a while, maybe change up your normal exercise routine to make it a bit exciting again? Keep it up, you can do it!

One thing to carefully consider is the Vit D & Calcium combo in cow's milk, I'm not sure what's exactly out there in other milk products, but if you have kids, I'd think twice (personally) about not having that in the house.

I think the digital scales are out to lunch...i did the calculations on the website and apparently I have @27% body fat and my scale says 45%.....

I've hit plateaus before and it was recommended that I eat @ 2000 calories/day for at least 2 - 3 weeks (if my weight crept up more than 3 lbs than I'd drop to 1300 calories for 1-3 days - however long it took to lose the 3ish pounds)...it worked quite well for me. I didn't believe that it would work at all, but after a…
