I thought I would update the thread. I finally saw a loss on the scale. I'm down 1.4 lbs woohoo.

Barb- Yes I rarely eat lunch. I have to start. I just have so much going on I forget. I am crazy about logging stuff. Maybe more water.

H-Factor : Some interesting points you made. Especially about the wine and chips. I need to change that. I am going through a divorce and some days the wine just helps.

Way to go Melinda. I am starting out slow. Just finished my 1 mile walk. Also, changed my calories to 1200 a day. If I find that too low will adjust again. Right now the scale is bouncing for me but not really going down. Maybe the lower calories will help. I teach so after Friday when school lets out will have more free…

Way to go Jan! I walked 3 miles and did 2 dance workouts last week. Today I am about to do a mile walk.

I just marked the second smiley for June. I was able to get in a 30 minute 2 mile walk. How is everyone else doing?

Well it is June 3rd and I just finished my first workout for June. I did 20 minutes of cardio dance. Such a shame it only burns 138 calories! But hey it is a start right???

Sorry I have been MiA. Tomorrow is June 1st so let's get this started :) I am in for 3-4 times I week. I also love seeing XXX's on my calendar. I thought I was odd for that one!

Hi Felicity, I am Nikki and 34 years old. I am not new to dieting either. However, I am new to MFP. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. I currently weigh 193 lbs and my goal is to reach 163.
