i put lemon juice in my water n sweet'n low, 1 pck and its taste good. so if u cant get ur 8 cups a day this is a easier way to. i dont put much in it. Just 2 tsps n dats it.

b4 i eat breakfast i drink 2 cups of water. then i eat. i can stay under my 1250 cal. for me i drink water and ice green tea during the day. just find wat work for u. maybe 1200 cal isnt for u. Play with it and find your number.

Amen! Ppl on this site get on my nerves. Some of them. I mean they don't support nobody. If they ain't doing it their way its the wrong way and who made them a guru of dieting.. I say if it make you feel good and happy then go for it. The rest of y'all need to know how to support and not criticize.

Look nobody can tell you how to do your diet. Only you know what best for u. Ask urself this, is what am doing giving me results? if it is then dont stress. i eat around 500-1000 a day and just like you im not hungry a lot. dont force ur body to eat. that will make you sick. I eat dinner. Sometimes its either breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner. I'll eat a fruit or a special k snack in between. I can't eat sauages of no kind but maybe turkey. Eggs, nuts, peanut butter, no pork, Bologna and the other stuff I cut from eating. I'm trying to find a way to buy stuff that are within my budget.…
