I prefer using the Precor Eliptical - which is resistance instead of incline. I get the best workout doing 2 minute intervals - level 8 and level 20. Level 20 is more of a "step" motion. Gets those muscles BURNING!

I agree that it is NOT a pasta replacement. It's a veggie - but you can put the same things on it as you would a pasta. Marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, olive oil, parm cheese, garlic.... DON'T expect it to be pasta and you might accept it for all it's yummy glory!

I'm in the same boat with you... (pun intended... water... paddling... lol) I'm up 8 lbs. since Saturday morning and am SOOOOO frustrated. I'm blaming pizza and TOM. Drinking a TON of water and watching my sodium and I'm hoping it will be gone by Friday. Good luck!
