I've been looking at this company http://www.eggology.com/Public/Products/index.cfm and also saw the whites at Costco, so I'm curious what other's opinions are too!

I use this EVERY DAY!!!
-
I have liked all the flavors from Optimum Nutrition - especially Chocolate Malt.
-

-
I have the Nutribullet, which is a little more powerful... but my go-to mix is: 5 frozen strawberries 1/2 a frozen banana A handful and a half or so of spinach 1 scoop of protein powder 1 cup of almond milk Experiment and have fun!
-
I embrace my short-ness!! I'd rather be short than an amazon woman any day!!!!
-
I got laughed at by a sales person at Maurice's a few weeks ago... I kept grabbing 14's to try on... left with 9/10s! YAHOOOO!!!! Keep up the good work!

I love the boxed wines from Target. The sangria is my favorite and they used to have a white sangria that ROCKED (with some frozen berries) but I haven't seen it at my store for a while... IDK if they discontinued it or what???
-
THIS!!!! I'm an esthetician and had to go to SCHOOL to learn the proper techniques... leave it to a professional!!!
-
I agree that your TDEE is awfully high... I workout every day and mine is only about 2500.
-
Not my idea, but I like "I though you said RUM".

Keto is actually low carb, moderate protein and HIGH fat. Atkins pushes high protein a little more.
-
I recently tried Keto and I just couldn't eat that much fat. I still try to maintain "low carb" but I think I have my carb macro set to 20%.
-
I take Milk of Magnesia like once a week! I'm so glad I found it!!
-
Used to be Leann Rimes when BOTH of us were younger. Mostly Martha Plimpton. But both of those are when I have blond hair... IDK who I look like now! lol
-
Great post! I just got a Nutribullet today and am looking forward to using it!

Most places won't have diet tonic. Just regular - and regular is just as bad as regular soda. If you can find it - this is my favorite! With a few limes.... but most places I have to hope they have diet sprite or 7up.
-
I finished W3D3 this morning!
-
Not having a sense of humor???

I was going to suggest the Bodymedia arm band, but you were pretty clear about wanting it to be discrete. The arm band isn't. But I LOVE it!!!

I've only had mine a few weeks, but I LOVE IT!! Sweat is good. If you feel sweaty underneath it, just move it to a little different spot. Removing it or adjusting it won't disrupt it much. It actually has a mode to register when you aren't wearing it... like a default burn... as you wear it I think that it becomes more…

Sorta agree. I have always been attracted to big, bald, tattooed... football player types.... taller than 6 ft... 250+. Not that I'm not attracted to that anymore, but I just started seeing a guy that is tall and closer to 200 lbs. I don't think I would have given him a chance before.
-
You could always use it as a "walking" program too. Walk at your regular pace when they say "walk" and speed up the pace a few notches on the "runs". Take it easy and ease into it so you don't injure yourself!!
-
I do spinach and a few different lettuces (get the bag of a spring mix or whatever - it'll have something other than iceberg-the greener the better!).... cukes, mushrooms, green pepper, grape tomatoes... and then a can of tuna and a little light balsamic vinagrette dressing. Lots of veggies and protein - very filling!
-
I use an app to help keep me on track. It's great! It tells you when to walk, when to run and keeps track of which days you have completed.
-
I think it usually takes me about 3 days. I am out as of this morning after eating some dessert yesterday... we'll see how many days it takes this time! :(

I got a Bodymedia arm band a few weeks ago and I LOVE it!
