  • hey i am a single mum of 2 my eldest just turned 3 and an 18mth old i need all the help i can get as i put on so much weight between getting pregnant and no im only just thinking seriously about losing the weight as im so unhappy with myself feel free to add :-)
  • i try to eat back at least half of the calories i burn and make sure i drink 2litres of water at the minimum i wasnt sure whether to do longer or to start walking/jogging a bit faster

  • ive been at it (seriously) for 2 weeks adding more as i think i can to keep pushing myself i have lost 3 inches on my waist and 2 hips i get a pro to measure me so i know its correct i am pleased with the inch loss just wish i didnt feel so down (as silly as it sounds)about the weight loss or lack of!

  • i started this last week and also doin the sit ups, star jumps and reverse crunches im on day 8 and feeling great i lost 10cm off waist and 7 off each leg xx keep going you will feel so much better when its all complete (thats what i keep telling myself anyway) x
  • i am experiencing the same i lost 7 inch round waist but yet scales are saying 4lb increase :-/ much rather have muscle than fat so not too fussed at the moment it will show soon enough i hope xx
