Hello. I finished Insanity last month. I got amazing results. I lost 8lbs in 9 weeks. My advice would be to keep at it. It's going to be hard at first but it will get easier. Don't lose focus.

I'm 5ft 3.5in. The picture on the left was taken in 2011 I was in the 180s. I tried sucking it in but fail miserably. I started losing weight since June 2014. My starting weight was 186lbs. The picture on the right was taken few weeks ago I was 146lbs. I'm still on my journey to the weight I want to be:)

Hello. I've been doing insanity since October. I got to week 7 then took a month off. So now I restarted month 2 December 29th. I will be finishing week 6 on Saturday:) I like month 2 workouts more then month 1.

I noticed the same thing. I'm in week 3 also I haven't seen much difference in my physical appearance but I'm starting to notice I'm stronger. Just keep at and you will see start seeing results. I'm waiting patiently also to see results

It will get easier. My first workout with T25 I thought I was going to die LOL. After a few weeks I noticed my body was getting stronger and stronger everyday. I just started Insanity on Monday. I decided to try Insanity because everyone told me that it was an insane workout. They told me if I liked cardio this would be a good workout for me. So I took it as a challenge. Today I did the Plyo Cardio Circuit and I kicked my butt big time LOL!!!!

Since I started tracking my calories I realized that I was eating way too much. I would eat large servings of foods and bad foods too. Everything was through the roof. It taught me how to portion my foods and what foods I should be eating

I always have a Shakeology shake for breakfast. But before I got my shakeology I usually had egg whites, Fruit, morning star sausage patties. Or I would make an egg white omelet veggies added to it and fruit on the side.
