Hello ladies!!! I started T25 July 21st and lost 13lbs so far. I'm on week 2 beta starting tomorrow. How are you doing so far with T25? I also drink chocolate shakeology every morning:)

I agree with what everyone else is saying. Get a scale and measure all your foods. I'm also doing beachbody but I only take in 1500-1600 calories a day that's with my T25 workout. It sounds like you are eating more then you should be.

I always added the workout calories throughout the day. I usually workout at night so I will have my shakeology after because it's low calorie but high protein. I stay pretty close to my daily calorie allowance even after I workout.

Yea I noticed that when I workout to T25. I think its because it measures your heart rate and estimates how many calories you lose. I sweat like crazy after working out to T25 too. I just did lower focus today:) It felt so good

Looking at your food diary I see a lot of processed foods. They are loaded with sodium and crap. It wouldn't matter how much water you drink because you will retain water with that much sodium. You should try to eat more fruit, veggies and lean meats. Cut out most processed foods and candy and you will be alright.

I used to just check the calories but then I started to check sodium and carbs. I couldn't believe how much sodium and carbs I was taking in. So now I cut out processed foods as much as I can and mainly eat lean meats, veggies and fruit. I drink water everyday and sometimes I would have coffee in the morning.

Thats awesome!!!!! Yea the first week is when you lose the most weight. It will start slowing down and that's when you are going to really work at losing weight. Congrats on the weight loss and keep up with eating clean

I totally agree. All that processed foods are full of sodium. Eat more natural foods and cut out the processed foods.

I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks everyday. If i don't I will feel like I am starving

I chug a glass of water before I eat and I drink a glass while I eat. I usually get in 8-10 glasses of water a day.

I'm 5'3 1/2 and I consume 2000 calories a day due to me breastfeeding. But my daily calories is at 1580 before I add the breastfeeding
