1 week down using MFP!

I started using MFP last week and I stepped on the scale for the first time this morning and I was down 3 pounds! I am so excited! I work out at a local boxing fitness club 4-5 times a week and needed this site to help me with my eating habits. I have the app on my phone which is great. I am at 220 now and my goal is to be at the most 175. I have been working out since January and have lost 20 pounds so I am motivated to stay on this path of losing weight. I have enjoyed reading some of the posts on here and I can tell everyone is very inspired and motivated to lose weight. Thank you for letting me introduce myself and I am excited to be on this journey with everyone!
