As someone who is older, let me tell you it does get better with time. I think the older you get the more comfortable you get in your own skin. You got this. If you can do it with one kid, you can do it with two. You'll be doing the same thing you do now, and as your little girl gets older it will only get easier---the first one was the big adjustment for me. I'm with you. I too am frustrated because I lose my will power ALL the time. I eat fairly healthy most of the time, but when presented with something scrumptious I go nuts. I am working on this--I also gained weight after the birth of my second child. Best of luck to you!

This is EXACTLY my thread. I am currently a 12 and have been struggling to lose a pound. Been working out for 3 weeks now at least 5 times a week. I mix up elliptical with RI30 and biking. I know I'm going to see results soon--just got to keep at it. Thanks for the inspiration!!!
