Great job in being honest with yourself. I just did the same thing this morning. Monday's weigh in was up 5 lbs from the horrible food choices over the weekend. Gave myself until today and logged the 3 lb gain. Can't dwell on the past....we must move forward. Thanks for being such an inspiration.

age-38 5'3" Heaviest weight 216 SW 216 CW 210 GW 135 Calories: My nutritionist recommened a 1500 calories a day diet. Don't eat back calories unless it's a very hard workout. Exercise: Currently getting back to a routine from back issues. walk/jogging 30-45 minutes 3x a week and exercise DVDs when I can't.

I second that. I do so good and then self-sabotage myself. I am working on staying motivated one day at a time! Trying to learn to live in the "right now" instead of what was or what will be. Wish me luck:) We can and will do this!

Yes I think the 30DS is good on it own but more toning then weight loss for me. There are some awesome results on the 30DS Before/after thred. I think I just have a lot too lose so am hoping to lose weight as well.

It actually requires 2 more DVDs that I found for $5 each at Walmart. BANISH FAST, BOOST METABOLISM & NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES.... the Quick day is only part of the 2nd DVD.

I say start now. I am no where near my goal weight but am on level 1...day 9 and am already noticing a difference and that's with taking a few rest days in between. Yes. I have the polar FT7 also and even wore it last night to unload a 2 pallets of pellets for our stove to see how much I burned. You will be fine. I also use my for an accurate burn while doing the 30 day Shred Dvd. You're going to love it!

Hi Ladies, I am 37..will be 38 in Sept married with a 6yo son. Lost 12 lbs so far looking to lose 65 more. On week 8 of couch to 5k and just started Jillians 30 day shred. Hoping to stick with it this time. Feel free to add away. Looking for all the support I can get :)
