Congrats! Keep up the great work!

I think they do that to move a post to the top of the Recent Posts list.

Welcome! Your profile picture is adorable!

I am a Lifetime Member of WW but this site doesn't really work the way WW does. If you are counting points this tracking might not work well for you. I count all food that I eat since this site is based on calories. Give it a try.

Welcome! I enjoy the site as well feel free to friend me too. :)

Tracking what you eat is a very important element of any diet. If you don't write it...you won't hold yourself accountable for it.

I think my real turning point came this time when I realized how many nights I was sick from being stuffed full. Also have horrible nights up with heartburn. The feelings where not making me happy. And to boot none of my clothes were fitting. I was shopping for new clothes in bigger sizes. That had to stop!

Cheryl feel free to add me too! I have been more than 100 lbs overweight in the past. Take it slowly and make attainable short term goals. When you make five lbd try for five more...that kind of thing.

Pumpkin Cheese Cake sounds delish! My family is also traditional and insists on Pumpkin Pie but one year my sister brought Pumpkin Cake and now that is all we ever want on TG.

I experienced this many times when I was 100 lbs overweight. I just told myself that I'd show them when I was healthy and skinny. I always say revenge is a good motivator.

I am not a big veggie person but I am trying. I have committed to trying one new vegetable per week. So I pick one and then google preparations for them. Sometimes they are a hit and sometimes they end up in the trash but at least I feel like I am trying. And believe it or not I have found many that I DO like.

I will know I am thin when I fit back into my "skinny" clothes.

Maintenance is much harder than losing. I have lost many times and maintained a few times. I'm in a losing mode again with plans to maintain this time. I just have to remember that this is not a diet...it is a lifestyle change. Best wishes to you!
-
Definitely not enough food...everyone has given you great tips so I won't be redundant but best wishes for your future eating plan.

In the end isn't it the calories that count? :) Keep tracking and tomorrow is a new day to try again to make your nutrition goals.

I'm new too! Welcome aboard!

I have PCOS. I find that as long as I eat good, whole, healthy foods I lose well. Fruits, Veggies, lean meats. You've lost 50 lbs! That is a great accomplishment and you've proved it's possible to lose with PCOS. Keep on tracking!
