  • Hi TXRanchGirl, I need to try the morning routine again. It is so hard getting up so early since i have a commute but i agree things often change throughout the day and I don't always workout.   • Tigersword- I am eating between 1400-1200 calories a day. I believe i have gained muscle by seeing muscle tone and gain inches in my arms. Emma- i could stand to sleep more that is for sure. I tend to stay up later and still get up early for work.

  • I did the 30 Day Shred last year and lost 8 pounds. I definitely started to tone and lost weight. It's a tough work out but so fast and fun! Give it a try and you might also like Ripped in 30.

  • Moving to D4 of L3 for RI30. I have had lost more inches but weight lost has slowed down. I think the workouts are helping although i think i need variety through out the week. I am hoping to finish RI30 next week and move on to 6 pack abs and her lower body workout. I still need help in those areas. :) How is everyone…

  • Welcome! Sounds like you are really committed. :) Working out twice a day, way to go. I am starting L3 this week of RI30 and am excited for a change. I want to lose another 10 pounds and keep it off. My goal this week is to lose another pound.
