30 Day Shred for January

Hello MFP friends!

I have been MIA for a bit and want to recommit and focus on this years fitness and health goals. I have had success with 30DS shred in the past and want to start again in January. I am starting off the year with a 5k run/walk on Dec 31 to get my fitness goals off to a big start. :) I plan to start the 30DS shred the following day. I am aiming to workout 4-5 days a week and add cardio on 2-3 days.

I am getting married in May and want to set a goal to lose 13lbs. and tone up. Who would like to check in and start with me? If your interested please send me a friend request so we can start staying in touch and motivating each other.
