Cybex ARC trainer by far is the best for big burns. I do 1 hour every morning with the resistance at 100% the max and at a 3 incline. I'm soaking wet when done and burn 1200 calories. On good days around 1250 calories and today was 1171 calories. I do this at the YMCA and the trainers said keep doing what I'm doing. I'm 50…

I'm going to go drink a protien shake with a yogart banana and skim milk for 382 calories and up intake to a minimum of 1700 calories if I continue burning 1500 calories a day at the YMCA. Ok I did it. I could not stand the whole time but about 50% of the time and people in the class said I did real good. Glad I went and I am home with a soaking wet shirt now and a sore but...Those seats are small.
