I did my workout last night, but didn't get on computer to log everything. L2D5 under my belt. Still hate the word plank :/

What do you guys think??? Getting any easier for you? I remember that when I first started with Level 1 days 1-4 were the hardest and I was the most sore. I was really sore after day 1 and 2, but not so much now. Not sure if it is getting easier, but I am doing more of the workout now.

Not sure if this will help, but what about putting your feet against a wall? I do mine in my livingroom on the carpet. I started with socks and need to do it barefoot now to avoid slipping.

L2D3 done. Getting a LITTLE easier - I actually did most of the workout without breaks, but lots of improvement on effort for each exercise!

Hmmm I like that I know I will be stronger when I move to level 3. I like the cardio of level 2, but with everyone else I hate the V's! Not a huge fan of the pendulum lunges. My knees creek and cry every time I have to go backwards :/

I have done that often!! Haven't felt like doing it, but then didn't want to skip it in logging :) LOL Plus, I knew that everyone else was doing it and they probably had more of a reason to not.... No excuses.

Day 11 done. Level 2 kicked my butt! Nervous about tomorrow, but am determined that by day 20 I will do the whole thing without taking a break!

It is so hard to stick with any program. Easy to make any excuse to get out of it, that is why we are here in this group too!!! The support and encouragement has been overwhelming! This is a wonderful group. Add me as a friend if you would like another cheerleader :)

YAY that means you are doing something right!!! As seen on Pinterest - Of course it burns, but complaining about it won't make you look better naked. LOL I am NOT saying that anyone is complaining at all, just think that this is a funny saying and a great reminder why we are torturing ourselves!

When I first started doing 30DS a month ago (and then quit and just restarted again) I gained at first too. Hang in there, I am now down 10 lbs. Keep drinking your water and hopefully you will flush those extra pounds away soon!!!

I love that it is only 20 minutes I like that it changes fast so if I hate something (see below) then I am not stuck doing it for a really long time, which is discouraging and makes me want to quit. I am going to do my very best to do 10 days (well 12 since I started yesterday) of level 1 and move to level 2 for 10 days etc. Praying that if I do my best with all 10 days that I will be able to do them without too much suffering :)
