You, ma'am, are a badass! Congrats on all the hard work and success! Such an inspiration!

Also give foam rolling a try. It's made my somewhat tight runner's hamstrings SO much better if I do it often as well as stretching.

This is what I do. I workout after work and I'd be STARVING so I started eating a banana on my 45 minute commut home then a Gu gel when I got home. Start workout about 15 minutes after that. I have much better energy and endurance now.

Thanks for the tips! I was trying to just run on my own for awhile and felt like I wan't getting any better but I think it was mostly because I had no real way to track progress. Yesterday I finished Week 2, Day 2 and I feel like I can run a lot longer than 90 seconds but I keep promising myself to NOT skip ahead and…

You are seriously AMAZING. Thank you so much for sharing your story! Such a great inspiration.

1500 net? You might not be eating enough. I lost my first 40 pounds doing P90X and was netting 1800 a day. I know it seems really counterproductive to losing weight but once I upped my calories on MFP to the recommend amount my workouts got better (more energy, better results) and the weight started to drop off.

I've always love her. I was really hoping that when Katie Couric left they'd let her take the lead roll.

That is the seriously crazy talk. There are MANY more differences between men and "little boys" than the amount of body hair they have and you basically just called any woman that might LIKE a smooth body a pedophile. It's okay to have an opinion but you don't have to personally attack those that might not agree with you…

Oh man, TOTALLY trying these out! Thanks for the recipe!

I try really hard to net between 1200 - 1400. Sometimes it's hard to eat back all my workout calories. It's a LOT of food when you are eating pretty clean!

To me cheating is anything that you woudn't do in front of your S/O or have lie to them about. If he was hiding these chats (basically a lie by omission) then yes, it's cheating. If he was trying to get offline hook ups with them? I'd be gone. Period.

I think that each person has to decide what is best for them and I respect that. But for me it's a yes for sure. I have three and plan on more for sure.

Awesome job! Keep up the hard work!

My favorite is PB2, a bit of Truvia or agave and some sliced almonds. LOVE IT.

The best part of xkdc is the mouseover. Go to the site and hover your mouse over the picutre. Most days the pop up is funnier than the actual comic! ;) http://www.xkcd.com/

This is exactly what I do! My high day is always Thursday and low day is always Saturday so the number I pay attention to is Saturday.

Great job! Look at those GUNS! Love it!

So awesome! I love to see women who EAT, not STARVE. Thanks for the pics and motivation to keep bringing it! And good luck on the marathon!

Usually the time I judge is when I see they have kids that they are feeding crap to. The other day we were at the grocery store and the family in front of us were all overweight and they had a cart full of frozen pizzas, frozen dinners, chips, sugary cereals, etc. They are building habits in those kids that they will try…

After! We work out, eat dinner then shower.

I am on day 20 and I LOVE it. I did a round about two years ago and lost 40 pounds, got lazy, gained 15 back and now I'm pushing it again every day. My results after just two weeks were amazing, can't wait to get to 90... then do it all over again! ;) Like tangal88 said, getting enough calories in is KEY. I want to NET…

At home I make turkey burgers with all organic veggies and a lettuce "bun" or else use Daves Killer bread which is whole grain and has a healthy amount of fiber. I think they are actually BETTER that McDonalds burger and FAR better for you. I'd bet is has FAR less heart killing saturated fat also.

If it was so easy to "just say no" then we wouldn't have as many overweight people in this country. Or drug addicts for that matter! It's more than just "saying no". I think for most people, by the time they are in the door they figure, "Hey, I'm eating like crap no matter what here, might as well enjoy some fries too!"…

My husband uses SparkPeople. I KNOW, RIGHT!? I've been trying to convince him to make the switch but no luck so far! He went from about 250 to 175 over a year or so and I've just restarted my journey and am down about 30 pounds from my start weight. About to hit ONEderland again! ;) It's been SO GREAT working out together…

I LOVE Chocolate Shakeology so that helps me get my daily fix. During THAT TIME when I feel like even that isn't enough, I'll get some Gheradelli Dark Chocolate squares and limit myslef to just one a day. They take awhile to melt in your mouth so they are perfect for me.
