Ladies... I failed you :( I haven't done any Leslie walks in over a week. I've had a problem with my foot/instep, i suffer from plantar fasciitis sometimes due to extremely high inteps and it flared up in my right foot so haven't been doing so much (of anything). Today = 3 Total to date = 30 Remaining = 30 Goal = 60 I did Walk Away the Pounds 3 Mile Abs without the belt, because I haven't got one, i did the arms though! Busy day ahead so i did my miles for today early this morning. Have a lovely day.

I recently saw a similar question and the overwhelming response was (regarding Leslie dvd's) to log as low impact aerobic, so that's what I have been sticking to. I must really look into a hrm sometime soon. The calories for low impact aerobics totals the same as 4mph. Hope that helps.

I'd really like to try the walk & jog but really struggling to find it here in the UK. I'm watching a bundle of dvd's on ebay that are compatable for the UK players, a couple of day left to run on them.

Today is day 1, week 2 of being a non smoker.... I'm drinking more water, less brews as i think having a brew is a trigger for me... Good luck, we are doing ourselves a huge favour ;)

I'm 5'3 started at 1400 calories per day on 10th July and have lost 16lbs so far, this is without exercise due to a neck issue. I'm getting an elliptical machine this weekend so I can start to incorporate some activity, i plan on eating those calories back, will see how it goes.

I wanted to try them but I had to fill in a medical form to try. Due to neck surgery and a the metal disks in my neck they wouldn't allow it, I wasn't sure if they were just being overly cautious so I asked my physio and she said.... No, never!
