i have lost just over three stone and this is the longest I have kept it off and the only time I don't feel deprived while losing weight and I really feel its all down to allowing myself to days like this and not being so hard on myself for it... Have to have a life too:)

These two incidents actually happened when I had lost a lot of weight... Went to police station to get a form signed and the police woman told me I was the third pregnant woman in today!!!!! I said I was only ever pregnant six yrs previously... Tink she wished the ground would open up and swallow her... might teach her not…

Yep that's the way to do it .. Before it all creeps bck on well done you:)... That's wat I've bein doing is breaking it dwn to half stone or ten or fourteen pounds depending on my mood ha.. I've said I'd like another 14 pound gone but in the back of my mind I know I want 21 gone ha...keep up your good work too:)

Ah thanks:) that's over a long time though but I know that's why it's staying off this time and I'm basically eating little and often and not letting myself go hungry
