I always go with the HRM. I believe MFP and the Your Shape probably use some type of formula. I'm not an expert by any means, but when I log calories burned, I go with my HRM.

I have a Polar FT4 and I really like it! Really easy to set up. Bought mine from http://www.heartratemonitorsusa.com/heramo.html?gclid=CKbztu_2pbcCFcad4AodP0oAVA It was cheaper than any other site (from what I saw).

^This! I love drinking wine. Just be cautious with how much you are drinking and log it! Drinking it a few nights a week won't hurt too bad. Hello Everyone! I am 25 and looking to lose about 90-100lbs. I currently fluctuate between 220 and 221, down from 233. I log in everyday and am supportive. I'd love to add more friends who have similar goals or who have achieved similar goals! I'm looking to lose as much weight as I can before my 2014 fall wedding.

I'm having the exact same problem at the moment!! I'm cramping so bad I don't feel like doing anything! But I know I just need to take some ibuprofen or Tylenol and just power through it.

I definitely like having someone with me to work out with! If I'm at the gym with someone, I usually stay longer and do more exercises like the weight machines, but if I'm alone, I'll usually just power through some cardio on the elliptical or the treadmill. I also have the habit of weighing myself every morning and am trying diligently to stop doing that because I also get disappointed if I don't see progress. I've read/heard in order to get a more accurate reading to do it once a week, on the same day at the same time, and wearing the same clothes.
