I am on week 9. We took a week off when we were at Disney World for Spring Break and then when we got home we re-did week 8 before moving on.

I did it in March 2012 and our course was super hard (the entire thing was thick Georgia mud/clay right after heavy thunderstorms). You could probably just take some dandelion root capsules. I did it during one of my pregnancies to naturally reduce swelling.

One night a week I do an hour long Zumba class. If I had to pick a DVD, I would do Jillian's Kickboxing workout b/c it is fun and only 20 mins but gives you a good workout.

I have several pairs of jeans from 2006-2007. This was after I lost weight from baby #2 and before I got pregnant with baby #3 (out of four total).

I hate running man b/c it makes me feel like I'm going to pee on myself LOL (even though I make sure I pee right before starting the workout). I've had four kids though so I think that has to do with it.

I lost 5 pounds by week two but have since plateaud. I am on week five now. Noticing body changes though. I did not do the kickstart.

I go on Tuesday nights from 8-9PM (perfect time slot with my crazy work schedule) and it is super fun! Would go more but the instructor only comes to my town one time per week for now.

I'm doing 1200-1300 cals and don't eat back cals. I don't follow the meal b/c I am a veg and I have very little time to prepare anything right now that isn't super quick and easy (but still healthy).

Doing it with my DH helps me b/c we won't let each other slack or skip a workout.

If it is already on before I go to the gym, I leave it on. I will not put it on just to go to the gym and then right back home. I'm not there to impress anyone and it seems wasteful since you just go home and shower and it all comes right off.
