It probably won't work. I know it won't work with soy or almond milk. But if you add a little bit of xanthan gum (available in the gluten free baking section) it will thicken up quite nicely.0

According to Jello, it won't set with anything but cows milk. So that means no to almond, soy or coconut. I am not sure if goat milk counts, but I have no desire or means to test it. I have also heard canned milk won't work. Why? I don't know. But don't waste your money trying. Another Poster mentioned xantham gum, which sounds good, but I've never tried using.0
