If you haven't tried PB2 it's pretty darn amazing on anything! I also eat string cheese like crazy. And sliced cucumbers with cayenne/a little garlic powder--I can sit and eat them in front of the TV mindlessly without worrying about over-indulgence.

Related: just calculated my TDEE and it's almost TWICE what I eat now? Seems crazy! But if it works, then I will gladly eat 1,000 more calories? Ugh.

Yep, I totally do this. If I can, I try to make myself something that I can eat mindlessly and feel little or no guilt about. It sounds weird but cucumbers sliced with salt and pepper are both crunchy and (duh) salty, and I can space out and eat that until the end of time. That being said, it's not the worst thing in the…

I am interested in them too. I am losing at a steady pace on my own, but has anyone lost successfully and THEN added ACE? I just want to know if it will accelerate/magnify the work I'm doing now or if it's supposed to be in lieu of eating right (which is not the lifestyle change that I'm going for). Thanks!!

Even though I haaaaate it, I've found that sucking it up and waking up at 5 to work out before work makes me eat much better throughout the day. Why would I want to waste the lack of sleep and sweat on an old donut? :smile:
