thanx everyone....i have new alarms and new locks i just cant settle i start feeling sick...i got some herble sleep tablets but they dont work...im gonna go doctors i think cos im working so hard to change my life and lose the weight i dont want this to stop mee... again thanx

i do the 30 day shred started yesterday its a 20 min workout with covers cardio,strenght and abs its very good and hard work ..it has 3 levels im only on 1 so far but its great...look at aclip on you tube..xx

Last year i was 210 lol started on here last month at 233 after 4 weeks im 223 i cant belive how much i put on in 1 yr... Everytime i think about it i feel sick :sick: thats why im on the road to be a new me ...x:drinker:

my daughter has a skipit its fun but hard work,i did 10 mins yeaterday and 10 today... for anyone who dont know what it is its like a lil scooter wheel on the end od a stick and it has a hoop u put ur foot round u spinn it round skipping over the stick lol....sorry if this dont make much sense lol i log it uner jogging on…

Hi, ive been using mfp for 3 weeks now and my first weekly weigh in was 4 lbs i was over the moon .4 lbs is great plus no exercise and still a good loss i workout 3-5 times a week with the same loss.... be proud of yourself u have done great :drinker:
