I drink milk, eat eggs/eggwhites, and eat greek yogurt... How much protein should I shoot for if I'm 5foot4 and 167 lbs, work on my feet 4 hours a day/5 days a week, and can't lift right now due to an injury?

I'm not paleo but I've got an open diary. Keep in mind I have ARFID so my diet is very restricted, and I also mess up a lot... soda is my weakness. Basically I'm asking you to not judge me, haha

Pre air-pop a biiig bag of popcorn Package some fruit! Bring plenty of water (and have potty stops planned) Keep in mind some snacks are smelly and if you're in the car with other people that may not be polite to bring... Make your own energy or granola bars!

Well, google is your best friend in this case. For GP it is recommended: Eat veggies, cooked, pureed and strained if necessary (Try Carrot Ginger soup!) Mashed sweet potatoes Ground or pureed meats (hello turkey burgers!) etc etc Check out this web page

Seriously, do what I do and sneak them into your food. If you have an SO ask them to sneak it into your food. I got myself to eat carrots by putting them in (low fat low sugar whole grain) muffins, and that's how I sneak in one veggie!
