Losing weight meals/snack ideas??

Hey everyone! I know this might be a lot to ask but does anyone have low calorie, healthy meal or snack ideas that are filling and have been successful for them for losing weight? My goal is to lose about 15-20 pounds but I'm having trouble getting there!! :(

    Depends on what you consider low calorie but I personally love dannon non fat Greek yogurts there are lots of flavors and have 80 calories and about 12 grams of protein. I also enjoy hard boiled eggs about 70 calories and a good source or protein, low fat string cheese sticks have about 50 calories depending on the brand and also have a decent amount of protein in them. If I don't have a lot of calories then I love baby carrots I can get 3 oz of them for like 35 calories yum. I personally am more of a snacky person and protein fills me up and the fiber in carrots fills be up as well.
