I done this over 3 months.... I started mfp eating 1400 calories lost weight & stalled for 3-4 months.... I thought WTH, I am tired of being hungry and working out js to eat more.... I found my maintin calories and went half way... I eat around 1700 plus or minus 100 calories.. I DO NOT add my workouts, which here latly…

When ppl have surgery, since there stomach is smaller they need the protein but not the calories, IDK about the rest, lol!!

The only thing with the FitBit, if u do spinning or bootcamp work outs, they don't work as well as the HRM! But they r great for getting u off ur buns, lol:laugh:

Well I for one, JUST my opion... I didn't use the scale cause I am 5 7" and big boned.. If I went by it then @ 150lbs I would look boney.. lol... So I went w/ 180 cause it's healthy for me, plus I was happy @ that size (in High school, pre kids) ;-0!!:laugh:

I disagree w/ the calories... I am @ a 4 week stop & the dr. looked @ my MFP & said I wasn't eating enough w/ my workouts... So my body has stopped losing to preserve... So it can b MANY things...
