I set rewards every week and month. If i hit my goals for the week I treat myself to a pedicure . If i hit my goals for the month I treat myself to a massage. I really dont think I will hit my ultimate goal, but if I do I will treat myself to a vacation with my partner :)

wow, yall hardly drink anything... i drink 4 liters of water a day. sometimes 5. i have to. im always thirsty and a lot of times i think im hungry, but i am really thirsty. there are a lot of flavored packets that you can add to your water that tastes great. kool-aid, crystal light, propel are all good.

just remember that too much protein isnt good for the kidneys.... or the liver.. umm, i know its one of those. lol. i will have to look it up. i remember learning it in one of my classes in college, but after 5 years, i seem to forget which one it is.

i love eating too, but now i can actually calculate my calorie intake. i love it. i do workout a lot so that benefits me somewhat. i have 20 pounds to go.. hopefully, but i am ok with 15.

i agree with you. i recently moved in with my parents to take care of my father during the day and its extremely frustrated when you have been on your own for 10 years. i try to go to the gym everyday for atleast an hour just to relieve some stress. i really need a punching bag though to relieve the tension i have ;)

i was told to never reward yourself with food. but i wouldnt completely give up sodas. instead of drinking one everyday, drink one every other day or 3 times a week. its your call!
