Count me in...........I lack motivation!!!! I need people to keep me going. I do so well for days or weeks then one little thing changes or I miss a workout or eat "bad" and I am completely off track again. :grumble:

Don't know the answer to this...but I feel your pain. I have been working my butt off at the gym and I have not lost anything in the last two weeks:sad:

I checked out the website for this.......it looks really interesting.........has any one tried this?

BUMP~~I am interested to see what everyone says. I have the same "problem" :blushing: you do..............I can not stay away from peanut butter.

I agree with the above poster about the heart rate monitor. If you dont know exactly how many calories you are burning it can really mess you up. This question is asked alot and everyone has a different response. It really boils down to everyone's body is different and what works for you may not work for me. Just switch it…

I agree with you.......if we were all perfect there would be no need for this site in the first place. We are all here to be encouraged and help others..........shouldn't (should not....lol) be for anything else.:drinker:

This is tough for me as well...I seem to want to eat until I go to bed. Good luck with your goal!!

some one had posted a recipe on here before making brownies using a diet coke (like lots are doing with cake mixes now) maybe you can google it.

Welcome!! Just log all your food and you will see what you need to work on. Just stick with it (this is my problem) you will see a change!! Good luck!
-
I wouldnt say you fell off the wagon. This is a lifestyle change. If you cut foods out completely, you will not be able to stick with it. I hope you enjoyed it. As long as you go back to what you have been doing you are fine.

Congrats!! Cant wait to be there myself!!

lol....... Congrats!!

I tried this too, it works, but it is a quick fix and as someone else said, your body adjusts to it. I liked the energy but you lose weight so fast you can't build muscle like you do with "normal" diet and exercise. Please just be careful b/c it can do some pretty bad stuff to your heart!! Good Luck with your weight loss.

I had a MIO and now I have polar f4 (with chest strap) when comparing the two, the MIO is not accurate.

I was thinking the same thing......lol:devil: if I had a hard time eating only 1200 cal a day, I wouldnt be overweight.

Just tried this.......in the blender instead of a food processor...stupid me:explode: I had chunks of bananna and plastic pieces all over my kitchen. So I didn't get to try it and I broke the blender in the process. Lesson learned!!
