Hi. I am 36 years old. I am new to the site. I want to lose about 75 pounds.

I have have been using the site for 3 days now. It is really helping me monitor the amount of calories and fat i eat. I am having trouble fitting in much exercise. I am trying to find the time and motivation to do it. It is difficult with a full-time job, a 2.5 year old daughter, and Multiple Sclerosis. But I need to find a way... I want to be around for my daughter!

I could also use some new & healthy recipes. We out way too much.

    Welcome! You will find a ton of great information & people here! There are great recipes that are good calorie-wise and taste-wise under the foods section. I've made a few of the recommendations in my crock pot (not much time for me to cook either....this solves that). Wish you all the best of luck!

    Welcome! Cant really help with the recipes as I like to make stuff up as I go along...lol.....good luck with your goals.

    Hi and welcome ,I have been looking through the recipes on here and there are some great sounding ones ,mind you theres tons of stuff I cant get in the UK but am going to try and find alternatives :)
