Can someone please explain, in layman's terms, what the heck is the purpose to staying in a specific Heart Rate Zone while working out? I recently bought a Polar and learned that I'm generally around 170, which is a little higher then the target the watch set. Should I take it down a notch so I'm in the "correct" range? Does it even matter?
Thanks guys!
